Unicorn Mermaid

We visited the Brown Butter cafe at Forum Galleria, after seeing their super pastel photos on Instagram.

While it’s in the CBD, it’s not very crowded, which made it a lot easier for us to shoot.

The staff were also super accomodating, and they were very nice after we approached them. In fact, they even moved a table so that we could take this shot:

I’m wearing my super bling tail, which really attracted a lot of people. Fortunately all good vibes! Most children love it, and one lady even stopped to tell me she loved my tail.

Brown Butter cafe has this pastel pink phone booth right at the entrance. They also constantly change their decorations, so it’s nice to see what new designs are at your next visit. We visited right after Chinese New Year, which was why the decor was red and pink.

After that, I changed into a ballgown for a second look. One thing I learnt is to just own it, even if a lot of people stare! It’s part and parcel of the experience!

I LOVE this flowy dress, which is a custom-made gown from Aliexpress. The seller was also very kind to constantly provide updates, especially when I was rushing to get this gown.

These wings are probably my favourite! Brown Butter really curates a lovely experience.

Let’s not forget about the food – this pink cheesecake in the shape of cheese (get the joke?) was pretty and also delicious.
